Shipping typically occurs within 24 hours of order placement. We will send you an email with tracking information once your order ships. Heart & Home reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
Free Shipping on orders of $100.00+. Valid at heartandhomeusa.com on standard shipping in the United States only. Not valid on past purchases, wholesale orders, express shipping, and outside of the contiguous United States. Purchase amount must be met before taxes and shipping.
Risk of loss & Missed Delivery Window
Once Heart & Home hands off your order to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or parcels that have missed their expected delivery date.
Undeliverable or Carrier Returned Orders
If an order has been processed and shipped but was returned back to our facility in Riverside, MO due to an undeliverable, invalid, incomplete, incorrect address, or any other reason besides a pre-requested return, the shipping cost for the order will not be refunded. We will attempt to contact you within 3 business days to confirm the return and provide refund/reshipment options.
- Refund to Original Payment Method – If you prefer a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Reshipment - If you prefer to receive your order, a new invoice will be drafted so that a new shipping label ($9.99) may be purchased and regenerated.
If we receive no notification from the customer before processing the return, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
Heart & Home Fragrances is closed for all major holidays and weekends, additionally, we give our employees extended time off during the holidays to spend with their families. Please reference our holiday shipping schedule below for further information.
